Denison appoints Alisa Rosenthal as its next Provost and Chief Academic Officer
Alisa Rosenthal will serve as Denison's next Provost and Chief Academic Officer, effective July 1. She currently serves as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Randolph-Macon College and has been a member of their senior leadership team since 2019. "Alisa is an exceptional academic leader whose deep commitment to a liberal arts education, faculty excellence, and student success aligns powerfully with Denison's mission and aspirations," said President Adam Weinberg. Eboo Patel, interfaith leader, to keynote Denison Commencement
Patel, a prominent civic leader and author, who has been recognized as "one of America's best leaders" by U.S. News & World Report, will speak at the college's 185th Commencement exercises on Saturday, May 16. Read more about Patel's career.

While much of the country faced frigid temperatures and heavy snowfall on Jan. 28 for Denison Everywhere, that didn't stop Denisonians from coming together. Alums, families, and friends of the college gathered in a record 105 locations worldwide to celebrate their connection to the college. A big night for Eric Colaco and Denison supporters who back him
Big Red baseball star Eric Colaco‘25 was announced as a finalist for the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards' Male Collegiate Athlete of the Year. Winners were chosen by online voting, and we called on our Big Red community to show up for this Denisonian, and you delivered! Colaco accepted the prestigious award in front of family, friends, and Denison baseball coach Mike Deegan earlier this month. Thank you for demonstrating the power of the Denison network!
